Leak found - need advice (Vent pipe)

Hello, this is my first post here. I've been trying to track down the source of a slow leak in my bathroom ceiling for over a year now. Well I finally decided to just remove the damaged drywall and see what I can see. It was a Y where the vent pipe from that bathroom connects with others.

Long story short, I finally realized that the PVC had come unglued from the Y. I learned a lot how vent pipes work during this process though, and I'm a little concerned about how mine is set up.

When I trace the pipe back from the Y to the stack exiting the roof it looks completely horizontal to me. Shouldn't there be an angle in here somewhere to allow rainwater to drain quickly from this pipe? I've got an image, hopefully it will let me attach. Thanks!
