Kohler Coralais Faucet Repair

My Kolher Coralais faucet is leaking at the spout. I am trying to remove the bonnet so I can clean the valve cartridge and replace the o-rings, but the bonnet isn't breaking free. In fact, when I try to turn the bonnet, the entire insides of the faucet turn with it. I am afraid of really cranking on the bonnet and bending the supply lines underneath. Any suggestions for getting the bonnet out?

Thanks!

Kohler Coralais Faucet Repair

I just replaced the cartridge on my bathroom faucet (zucchetti, by natphil), and I contacted the manufacturer and they emailed me the step by step instructions on how to do it.

You may want to try contacting the manufacturer.
