Kitchen Sink Spills out on basement floor

My kitchen sink drain is overflowing onto the floor downstairs via the drain pipe that the water softner tube goes into, it cant handle even 1/2 full sink being drained down.
All pipes are clear, 2 inch, the vent pipe to the washer & drain is tied in next to it, & goes right into the floor.
No problems of backup with washer running & draining.
The "side" pipe off the kitchen sink drain that the watersoftner goes into is 2ft. 4" off the floor, the vent pipe tied into both of them goes straight to the roof.
Any ideas on this one?

You got me confused. Pictures? Drawing?
" drain pipe that the water softner tube goes into" this drain pipe is a stand pipe? open on top? If a closed connection how is water getting out?
"All pipes are clear" you mean of obstructions? How do you know? Obviously not if stand pipe is over flowing.
"vent pipe to the washer & drain is tied in next to it, & goes right into the floor" Into the floor? Down into floor? Up through floor above? Washer in basement? Washer drain thru its own standpipe?
The "side pipe" sentence I cant visualize. The sink did drain via the pipe that the water softner drained into, now the water softener seems to drain into the sink drain.
2ft 4" off floor..its a horizontal run? and there is another vent stack? Seperate from washer vent?
I'm not pickin on ya, I just can't grasp it.
Where is the water coming out of the drain pipes? If it wasn't over flowing where would it go? What is the next thing down stream connected to that line? Is it draining ok? If so there is an obstruction between there and where the sink connects to that line.
