kitchen sink drain slow draining because of air flow

recently added a air flow to exciting plumbing work for a while but now it takes over night to drain. what could the problem be? I know it's not clogged.

Get you a shop vac, suck pipe dry, if it's plugged it'll open. Then fill both sinks and open both if it runs good if its something else you'll know.
