kitchen sink & bathtub no water


kitchen faucet had no hot water but when turned on leak into the basement, checked the rest of house and bath has neither hot or cold... what to do???

That was my first thought. Frozen pipe. Find your main shut off now so that when it thaws you can shut off the flood that may be coming.

Or digging anew sump pump. If he lays enough perf for a drain field it turns into a free irrigation system hahahahaha
