Jet pump loses prime


We have a jet pump and we had water an now we dont the water is still in the lines so the foot value is good but something a bout the back pressure they say how do I fix the problem??

Jet pump loses prime


If there's one small crack or loose connection in the suction line it will not let the pump prime/
Please add your location to your profile.
Possible it froze?
