Jacuzzi issue
I have a Jacuzzi tub that I installed last year. Now I have 2 cracks in the floor of the shell. It is not leaking.
Jacuzzi has sent out their guy to look at it and it has been over a month now and no word back from them. I have called their main office several times and have no response.
I am in the process of finishing up the whole remodel in there and I don't want to go much further till I have a solution to the Jacuzzi.
Anyone else have experience with Jacuzzi on stuff like this? (It is a $6,000 tub and I expected it to last a little longer than one year).
