Question

Island Sink

I am building a laboratory in a school, due to limited space I have connected three island lab sink vents under the slab into one, and plummed the single vent through the roof. Is this by code, or should I plum each vent seperately above the flood rim, I have limited room to core, without jeopardizing the slabs.

Any ideas are or welcome.

This site is intended for people doing DIY work on their homes and contractors' questions on how to do (what I presume to be) paid jobs on commercial properties are not in keeping with our focus here.

I'd suggest you contact the codes enforcement folks in your area to ask your question. Laboratory sinks are a whole different ballgame.

If you are a plumber you can go to www.plumbingzone.com

In every State I have lived in, doing plumbing work in a school or Commercial business requires a licensed Plumber. Permits and inspections are also required.

Maybe it's his own "personal" lab.
