Iron sludge

We have an old well pipe coming into basement foundation with lots of iron sludge seeping in around it. The well is no longer being used we have city water now. I cleaned this mess up about a month ago and it's all back again in this short time. Out side the foundation, there is a blacktop driveway about 4 feet up. The well is about 30 feet away from the house. Plus the oil tank is about 1 ft from the wall in this corner so I have almost no access to the area at this point.

Any idea what I can do with this issue?

Iron sludge

you could stop the water from coming in with hydraulic cement but all that will do is create more hydraulic pressure on wall so i would first recommend figuring out how what is getting to that point and fix that first if it is gutters or grade slope etc.. or at well casing "having water sitting around it.?"
