Interior Weeping system question...

Hi All,

I recently got an estimate for 5,900.00 to do an interior basement weeping tile system which includes 3 vertical window well drains which tie into the interior system.

My question is, is it safe to have them drill holes through my foundation walls to bring the pipe inside, into the drain next to the footer?
