installing whole house filter

I want to install a whole house filter, but our copper is all 1/2" and all of the units that I find are designed for 3/4". Do you know of filters that I can use with 1/2"? If not, how would you recommend I adapt the 1/2 to 3/4 so I can attach the filter?

Thanks for any suggestions!

simple 3/4 to 1/2 bushings. Make sure you install it with a bypass. Also UNIONS!!!!!!! do not install directly into line.

Make sure reducing like that doesn't void your warranty. I have no idea if it actually does or not but it's something to check on.
