installing a toilet

I just bought a house. In the basement there is a space for a bathroom but it is unfinished. I want to put in a toilet, but the drain pipe is full of concrete. My question is how do I remove the concrete to install a toilet?

Give that concrete a rap with a hammer, I will bet you find that is just a cover with some concrete on it.

I see this is your first post, welcome the best DIY"r site on the web.

See if you can post a picture--I'm with Jack --I bet that's a cover with concrete on it.

Measure the pipe---see if its 3" or 4"
