Installing a Moen 1224 faucet stem

jkalintn Newbie   Join Date: Dec 2012 Posts: 1	Installing a Moen 1224 faucet stem I have reassembled it as instructed but the handle doesn't stop. The entire cartridge turns when the stem is placed back in and the handle is replaced.; the handle and stem simply rotate freely with no stop for the "off" position. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
