Install whirlpool


Hi all,
American standard manual requires the tub sit on the wood and tile lay next to it. My flaming guy told me the edge of the tub should sit on top of the tile. He said he did that for many years. Is he right or wrong?

Installation instructions are always correct, it they say tile to the side, then follow the instructions.
