Re: Install new hose outlet/line

I knew I took this "before pic" for a reason, just took me awhile to dig it up

I see nothing that I would advise you to tap into to add an outdoor hose bibb to.

It is too small to satisfy my flow volume needs for an outdoor system.

Those 1/2" pipes that supply the vanity should be coming off of a 3/4" pipe somewhere. I would guess in the ceiling. Do you have pictures of the ceiling before drywall?

Also, if you are going to ignore the recommendations here against tapping the sink supply, they do make a 2 outlet shutoff valve which i have seen used under kitchen sinks to supply hot water to the faucet and to the dishwasher via the one shutoff.

I was able to dig up a pic before drywall but it's after insulation so not sure that it's all that useful?

Re: Install new hose outlet/line

Giving this thread a bump - looks like the only thing I really have to tap into is the cpvc??
