Indirect Fired Water Heater zone valve help.

I have a wood stove that help heat my home. but i have a oil bolier and a Weil Mclain indirect fired water heater gold plus 40 to heat my hot water. My 2 zone valves on the first floor and second floor are at the min setting 60 on the thermostats. I would like to know while the bolier is heating the indirect water heater is there a way to open the 2 zone valves even if the zones are not calling for heat. The Taco 1 Zone controls the hot water and zone 1 valve is a Taco 571-2 zone valve 2 is a Taco 572-2
and on the bolier is a Honeywell L8148A control. Here are some pic that might help. thank you

Ayuh,... I'm sure it can be done, but I gotta question, Why ya wanta do that,..??

You'll use more fuel, as it'll be heatin' the house, whether it needs heatin', or not....
