Ice maker connector

I have the water line tapped for my fridge ice maker. The water line is coming in from the wall behind the fridge. I'm guessing I can just drill a small hole thru the sheet rock for the copper line, but is there a better/neater way to run this copper line through the wall?

Running copper through sheet rock is something I'll never do again.
