I Need a Part Not Made Anymore

For my AS Vent Away toilet, I need a second male elbow. I found a part the same size at Home Depot, but the threads were slightly different. I called Plumbing Parts Depot, but they told me it was no longer being made.

Can I get this part custom made? How much would it cost? I have one male elbow to use as a sample.

Take a picture?
Their are companies that restore antique plumbing fixtures and make custom parts for old faucets. I can't give you any names though. Why not just change the toilet?
