I need Help with new plumbing

1. Tear it all out, and do it over. Start with a clean slate. That mess would confuse Jehovah Himself.

That's the plan--the question is---What is the best route?

Ya like mike said that is the plan just trying to figure out the best route

so mike how do i figure out the 1/4 slope

the main issue i run into right this min is the fact that its cold out right now so tearing it all out right now isn't really ideal

Can you live with what you have till spring? Everything works better when its a little warmer, glue, fingers, etc.

i wish but it keeps freezing and i cant do dishes or use my dishwasher!!! so its becoming a pain

its mainly just the one pipe heading from the kitchen to the main supply right there is freezing in that outside area

i added heat tape and this is not a solution to the problem

currently i had to cut the pipe under the crawl space and add a 5 gallon bucket to the mix lol

the big issue is they didn't slope it at all so the build up over time because of the garbage disposal is making the water just hang out in the line causing it to freeze

If you're after a quick fix- remove the cleanout plug under the toilet, and screw a pvc male adapter in its place. Reduce it to 2" and run a temporary line back to the sink. You can buy a level that has a built in 1/4" per foot graduated vile to set your grade with. This will get you by until you develop a whole house game plan
