I have drain flies

I think it may have to do with the remodeling i did prior to having this problem. There seems to be grout collected in the drain. how do i clean out the drain to keep from getting the flies.

I have drain flies

get a drain spider? use a shopvac and something like a screwdriver... should get most of it if it's collected in the trap
