Water hammer, but that is usually when you turn off a faucet.

HVAC ductwork banging from expansion/contraction....??

What do you "flashing"?? You mean sparking?? Like electricity?

I guess the "flashing" thing is just language barrier ....

at any rate, the only thing I would guess is the ductwork is flexing. It should be "cross bent" to prevent this, but it may not be.

Other than that, I don't know what could be causing it.

yes - it should be "Flush"- it is not related with furnace on/off or any faucet on/off . Today I signed up with Direct Energy plubming plan , I will call them tomorrow.

This is definitely something inside the pipe. Any one have idea how air creat problem inside the pipe - I mean make noise . thanks

The air and water would have to move to make noise....

If you're sure it's the water pipes that are making noise, something is drawing water.

Check for a flapper leaking in the toilet tank. Just pore in some red food coloring in the tank and see if it leaks into the bowl.
The word flashing still makes 0 since if it's a sound your trying to describe.
Is this a sinlge family home or an apartment or condo?

I'm not sure, but I think this was a correction for the "flash" term he was using.
