Huming sound after water is ran

When we flush the toilet or run water in our home there is a humming/vibrating sound after the toilet tank fills and that water shuts off. It started a few weeks ago and progressively gotten worse. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? I am trying to avoid the need to call a plumber if necessary. Below is a link to a video i posted where I flush the toilet and you can hear the sound. Thanks for any help or suggestions in advance.

That's a weird one--

Most time a vibration/groan like that is caused by a valve the is not closing completely---chattering as it finally shuts off.

Try turning off the shut off under the toilet---if that cures the noise you will know the the toilet guts are the problem.

Also --when the toilet tank is full--push down the float lightly---see if the groaning happens just as the valve is trying to shut off.

you could have a problem with pressure reducing valve ...if you have one... I would follow mike's advice .. if no reducing valve

You should remove the tank cover and show the inside of the tank as this is happening.

Do you have a newer electric type toilet?

Or an electric bidet seat?
