How to remove grey marks on porcelain stool...

This weekend, our stool became clogged. I have a small hand held snake, and couldn't get the snake to go around the bend in the horn. In the process of turning the snake the metal spring left small gray scuff marks inside the bowl, not a lot....just a few. While this generally isn't a big deal, the stool is only a year old, and it would be nice to have not have the marks there.

Does anyone have a suggestion of things/procedures that might remove the marks? I've thought about trying baking soda and a scouring pad, but thought I'd ask here first.

Just get a pumice stone (made of tiny petrified volcanic bubbles) at most any hardware or plumbing store and scour the metal marks off of the porcelain.
The water in the bowl will soften the pumice stone when you submerge it to clean off the marks, and they should come right off without harming the porcelain.
