How to Remove Faucet Hole on a quartz Sink

I bought new vanity top for 2nd bathroom. Its quartz with under mount sink. Two holes are good to go. But the one in the middle has sticker over it saying tap here. On reverse side there is sticker saying tap out on other side. How would you recomend me taping this out. I was thinking maybe a small metal punch tool. Which i do have different size ones. I was thinking small then medium. It only has to be big enough for up and down drain lever. I don't understand why the drilled the other two completely but not the middle. I definately want to handle with care.

Is there a plug that they want you to remove? Or are they saying that your “tap” goes there? Can you provide a picture to clarify?

Sounds like they have drilled it almost all the way through--so a gentle tap with a small hammer should knock it right out----Place a scrap of wood on top of the plug--tap on that---

Exactly you can see this from the bottom. I was going to use a 1/4 inch punch put it in middle lightly tap it with a hammer. Other two holes are drilled through.
