So what you are saying is you have removed a toilet and you have the toilet flange and open pipe staring you in the face and you want it to go away, correct?

Where is it basement in the concrete? First floor, second floor?

What is it made out of? PVC, cast iron?

How handy are you and how many tools do you have access to?

B
