How to connect several large pipes

I have a specialty application where I need to connect several 9 inch very long pipes to each other. These pipes are bundled together so welding is out of the question as the innermost pipes will be impossible to reach adequately. The only thing I can come up with are things like snap-on push-fit connectors (good luck finding them in 9 inch diameters) or to have the pipe ends threaded and then use something along the line of a hexagonal threaded coupling (also good luck in reaching the inner pipes of the bundle). These pipes are long and heavy so they're going to be difficult to move around without a lot of help. I'm stymied so any assistance would be profoundly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How to connect several large pipes

It's for an industrial chemical usage where each pipe has to carry a different chemical through a very long run. I have no photo as the project is in the planning stages. There are four pipes in the middle and 10 pipes around the perimeter of a 40" diameter. Imagine holding a stack of spaghetti in your hands when you're about to drop them in boiling water. Let me know if I can describe them further.

How to connect several large pipes

how was it designed to be put together? no drawings or plans? if there is ever any trouble with the ones on the inside you would have to take a lot of pipes out to fix the bad one.

How to connect several large pipes

This is what I've just drawn up from what I've been told by the company that needs this. Unfortunately they don't want to go to planning stage until they know that the 40 foot long sections can actually be connected properly. Think of the 40 inch outer sheath as a big pipeline and the individual 9 inch inner pipes as smaller pipelines running inside the big one. It's set up so that the inner pipes can be accessed by cutting an access panel through the outer sheath to get at them, and then welding the outer sheath back closed again. I appreciate your help!

I had a meeting with an engineer yesterday and he had less of a clue than I do! He's going to be zero help unfortunately.

This is not the proper venue for the job you are specifying. This is mostly house hold stuff not industrial piping.
You don't have the material the pipes are, no pressure requirements, no flow requirements, what is flowing through the pipes, what environment is it, allowance for expansion and contraction, weight of the entire structure for the main supports, vibration springs?, sorry you need an Industrial piping Engineer.

Well, certainly not the bozo I talked to. I'll dig out another engineer somewhere... hopefully one that didn't get his P.Eng. off the side of a box of Frosted Flakes.

Yeah, it's kind of a DIY Manhattan Project. You'd be surprised how many bakers in the Ukraine make yellowcake.
