how to clean outside sump?

My house has dual sumps / pumps one is inside in the basment floor the other is outside and goes into the ground about 13 ft... I can easily clean out the sump in the basement one as it is a whole 2 ft deep... but how in the world would I clean the one outside? the whole well for the sump is that big black corrogated pipe until the sump... water drains into the sump from perforations in the black corrogated pipe so dirt does get in also... the bottom looks pretty dirty... any ideas?

Ayuh,... At 13' Deep, I wouldn't worry about a couple of inches lost to sediments....

even when its clogging the pump? technically its at the same level as the pump in the basement, but of course the basement is below ground so 10ft of dirt ontop of what the basement floor would be at is in the way

I do not know if it would have enough suction but you could try a wet/dry vac with a length of pipe duct taped to the hose. If the pump is above the bottom not sitting in the sediment I would agree with Bondo in that cleaning is probably not necessary.
