House water pressure issue

I have a loss of pressure in all my faucets in the house except the laundry sink in the basement has plenty of pressure. This started a week ago and find it odd that pressure is good in the basement but not in the rest of the house.I have a reading of 75 psi at the pressure tank that does not change while the water is running.I have a 1.5cft softener, chemical feed pump system and a 10" sediment cartridge filter installed.I thought to check the cartridge but wouldn't that effect all outlets?Thewater also has a high tds reading of 820 ppm,not sure if that could effect any valves.Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

Have you checked the screens at the faucets? The laundry tub normally does not have one.

All of the faucets after the water treatment?

Laundry tub is before or after the treatment?

You might get a replacement line like what is between the angle stops and one of the sinks , close off the angle stop and put the extra line on the angle stop and go into a bucket and see what kind of pressure you have.
