hot water pressure?

If cold has higher pressure than hot, i'd say its most likely some kind of blockage somewhere in that area. Could be sediment blown through from the water heater?

Is it only one fixture in the master, or all fixtures?

both fixtures. the hot water was running to the toilet but i switched that. under the house on both lines i put a shutoff valves. could it be in the valves?

Could be if they are not fullway valves, and they are choking the flow down to smaller than 1/2"

Did you only notice the change after you fixed the toilet?
