We are on a well and for the past couple days our water temp ranges from warm, to hot, to hotter (depending on how long we let it run.) The water temp is the same for the faucets in all areas of the house as well as the washer and toilets. The water pressure is fine all around. Any help is appreciated.
I must not have explained very well. We have no cold/cool water. Upon turing on the faucet we get bath water temperature which progressively gets hotter. So much that you have a max of about 10 minutes in the shower before it gets too hot. No neighbors are having similar problems.
Are you getting steam or unusual pressure of water out the hot water faucets? If so turn the water heater controls to off now. Leave a faucet open until the pressure returns to normal. The water heater is malfunctioning and could explode!
