hot water flow

Hi,

Hot water flow in my entire house is slow. When you turn on hot water, it's normal at the begining but it gets very slower.
I flushed water heater once but still same situation.
What should I do?

Thank you.
Ed.

try taking the aerators off of each faucet one at a time and flushing the lines out good at full blast. Make sure the screen on back of the aerators are clean before putting them back on. Do same to shower head.
doesn't cost anything to try and it's a cheap fix if that cures it.

Has it always been slow?
Old steel pipes?
Gate valves on the hot water tank instead of gate valves?
