hot water effecting cold water pressure

Hi there,
I just had my house inspected, and was told that the hot water effects the cold water pressure in my Master Bath and Tubs. Does anyone know what could be causing this, and the possible fix.
Thanks in advance,

Harry

I know this post is old, but I was wondering how the pressure is effected high or low? And by now maybe it was solved and I'am curious of the cause. Thanks.
