Default Hot water boiler

My hot water boiler is leaking from the outlet pipe connected to the pressure relied valve.

I have bleeded all the 4 zone pipes, my expansion tank is new from last year and looks good.

What could be the problem

Mine did that after I installed a new expansion tank.

Turned out there was to much air in the expansion tank,I pulled off the plastic cap on the bottom,There is an air valve (just like on a car tire)--I let out a little air---Problem solved!

I hope your solution is as simple.-MIKE--
