Hot Water Baseboard does not work

Please help. I have a hot water base baseboard that is not working. It is a new install ( last Year). I bled all other base boards and standups that I have in the house and this is the only one that does not heat up. There is a bleed valve on both sides, hot water comes out on one side but cold is on the other, shall I keep bleeding until both sides have hot water???

Hot Water Baseboard does not work

What level is the unit on?
What is the PSI reading on the boiler?

You have air trapped somewhere. Have you purged the base board? When you installed it did you run the pipe up then back down again anywhere that could create an air trap?

the baseboard is on the first floor. Not sure what the PSI is. I would have to check. Would there be a meter or do I have to attach a Meter??

When it was installed It worked. The baseboard was run off main, obviously but onlyto that baseboard. Should I keep bleeding that baseboard unitil I get the hot water, or is there somewhere else I I should try bleeding.

This sounds very odd to me. For one side to get hot there needs to be at least some water flowing. Right? Especially if all the other baseboards get hot. Is it possible that this baseboard has an internal blockage?

Should be a gauge on the side of the boiler.
