Hose Bib--Wailing Noise

Whenever I turn my front or back hose bib on with a hose and attachment at the end, it makes a loud wailing noise that can be heard throughout the house....I'm pretty sure its coming from the hose bib though as it is really loud right next to it.

It does it also when I squeeze the sprayer at the end. i think it has something to do with when the pressure changes as it goes through the bib valve.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hose Bib--Wailing Noise

Sounds like you have a loose stop washer on the end of the stem.
