Horizontal 3" drain

Hi,

I am adding a a second 3 piece bathroom to my main floor bungalow. I will be running a 3" waste line 15' parallel to the floor joists through the basement. Each fixture will be vented seperately. Can you have your toilet attach to the 3" horizontal drain through a waste T, or can it only attach through a closet bend? The reason I ask is I'd like to add a cleanout on the end of the 3" line.

Thank you

Well, isn't this the cleverest way ever to get people to click on advertising websites.
