Default Hole in Whirlpool Tub (inside jacuzzi)

I have a hole about the size of a quarter (actually a puncture mark.. the material that would be the hole is still in place) in an acrylic/fiberglass type, indoor/bathroom whirlpool tub (some say jacuzzi) and wondering if there is a simple repair....
