Help with what parts I need to fix tank problems

Hi Guys,

I'm awful with plumbing, but I was wondering if you guys could point me to the right parts that I need. I don't think my simple problem is worth hiring someone so I thought I'd ask you guys:

The plastic piece disconnected from the flange that opens and can't reconnect so I need that part replaced.

The lugs that bolt the toilet down are rusty and that rust is getting the bowl nasty. So I could use some help with which they are and what/where I should order those too.

The pipes in this toilet are straight up nasty too, maybe I should change them? I could try to clean them.

Thanks for your time!

Just replace the flush lever, the piece that came disconnected, take it out and over to a local hardware store they will set you up just fine. As for the rusty bolts, I wouldn't worry about them.

Looks like the piece on the flapper where the chain connects just broke off.
Replace the flapper.
About a 5 min. fix.
The other stuff does not matter.
