I have water wicking up from the joint where the main ABS drain goes into the cleanout fitting and then into the concrete floor. I have tried to use the standard ABS cleaner and glue, but it seems to always dry with pinholes where the moisture is coming up. With flushing toilets and dishwasher etc., it really leaks a lot. What is the proper way to correct this situation ?

I would get a new clean out and 12" of pipe and 2 ferncos.

Cut the pipe into (2) 6" pieces and glue them into the new clean out. Cut the stack the same lenght as the new piece that you just made up and use the ferncos to tie in the new piece.

Sure there are some ways to fix a small leak but to me as a plumber there is no leak that is to small when it comes to waste and feces leaking into a space.

Call a pro and see what they advise
