Help! Sanitary Sewer line

My Husband and I have a complete exposed sewer line due to construction in the home we are lcurrently iving in (the project is now on hold)... My question is how on earth do we prevent it from freezing? It is a high of 20 degrees. Any suggestions? Help! Thank you.
