Help rerouting tub drain

I need some help. I am rerouting a 1st floor tub drain to a new roughed in pipe. The issue I am having is that it used to be a shower in the basement there and the pipe from the floor does not reach out anymore. Its down a bit. Looks like from removing the shower it was chipped away at the top.

My question is do they sell or make an adapter to go on the INSIDE of a roughed in pipe (Looks to be about 2 inch inside diameter with measurement), that turns into a standard 1 1/2 on the other side? I would clean up the edges a bit and clean the inside of the pipe first.

Here is a picture of the roughed in drain I am planning on using. Going into this will be a sink directly over this and a tub that is above this room on the 1st floor. Will use a Y above this hidden inside a vanity.

Thank you for any help!
