Help with odd shaped faucet

Hi all, I need to replace a leaky faucet in my upstairs bath but the Big Box stores don't have anything like it (pic attached). Is this an easily found replacement part or should I replace the entire sink (wall mount) to avoid future problems?

I have previously replaced part of the faucet itself (the hot side) but the issue is back.

That's called a shelf-back faucet. In order to replace them you have to monkey around under the sink a bit.

thank you for the info.

Wow. . . Who would've thought those tiny things would be so expensive? I guess I will pull the entire sink out and replace with something more standard.

Help with odd shaped faucet

I ended up finding a cheap replacement at my local plumbing supply store for about $100. Best advice I can give to anyone replacing this type of faucet it remove the sink off the wall. MUCH easier to work that way.
