Help needed identifying bathtub faucet/handle connector

Hi all,

I recently remodeled my bathroom, and like a genius I threw away the old bathtub faucet and handles, so I have absolutely no idea what brand I need to buy that will be compatible. I've attached two images. Hopefully somebody can help.

You could always remove the valves and take one to the store with you to check handles for fit. The whole valve unit will unscrew with a large socket (probably 1 inch or so) or you can use a valve tool which is basically a really deep socket.

Just make sure you turn off the water to the house first!

The handle part is easy, any univeral handle kit will work, did you also throw away the flange that keeps water from getting in behind the handles?
I have the exact handle set up on the faucet I just redid a bathroom in and the universal handles fit.
