Help me find a set of rubber plugs/stoppers that are eluding me...

My father has had these since rebuilding his first car (Willys CJ2A) and who knows how many hundreds of fuel and brake lines they've capped off in their years. They're very handy and I still find myself wishing I had a set all the time. As simple and obvious as they are though, I've never found a set like this in Sears or any hardware store I've been to. Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords but I couldn't find anything like them on eBay either. Anyone seen them for sale anywhere? I'd love to get myself a set and my dad a new set for father's day.

I have never seen a set of plugs and would think that they would be extremely rare because of limited application except maybe for maintenance on a class of specialized equipment.

Has anybody ever seen any similar set?

Chris, What does your Dad use them for?

Primarily automotive and other mechanical work (fuel and brake fluid lines tend to be about 1/8-1/2") though they've also seen use in a variety of applications wherever line size is 1/2" or less and there is no high-pressure to be blocked.
