Help with finish work please

Good question. If it has a lifetime warranty, more power to ya. We won't install anymore of those things with it's P.O.S. plastic flange. I put a couple in and it just feels like it's going to break as you're installing it.

Take it apart to try and unjam it? Forget it. The plastic parts shatter. I guess if there's a lifetime warranty, there's no need to unjam them. Just get a new one.
