Heating Zone Basics - Missing a link previously posted

I came across a link last night on this site that was a link to a PDF about the basics of heating zones. It addressed stuff like gravity fed heating, length of baseboard on 3/4" pipe, etc. I think it was a text book of some kind, about 25 pages. I want to get to that book, but for the life of me I can't find that post. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
