Heating Baseboard - Does it matter where the feed and return goes on the baseboard?

I'm installing a new baseboard on my basement and I would like to know if I can connect the feed and return in any way on the baseboard?

EDIT: just realized I was in the plumbing forum so either I'm a goof for asking or you posted in the wrong board. (prob the former )

Hydronic(boiler) feed is the pipe that is coming from the boiler and return is the pipe from the baseboard going to the boiler.

It does not matter which direction the water goes through the baseboard radiator.

Place a bleeder on the return side.
