Having difficulty repairing leaky faucet


I have a leaky faucet and don't know how to proceed from the point shown in the attached photo. I'd appreciate any advice.

Turns out that the outer white ring was the washer. I replaced it and now working fine.

That lock nut that is holding the cartdrige in, should just unscrew ccw with cresent wrench or slip pliers. Take out old cartdrige go to lowes, hd, ace, etc., and match it up. Put new one in, make sure all washers o-rings are seated properly and tightened down the lock nut (clockwise), put handle back on. Turn water back on and check for leaks.
