have you ever seen this hose?

This is attached to my Danze Sirius wide spread faucet. When i originally installed the faucet i had to do some minor "alterations" in order for the faucet to fit properly. Now both the hot and cold lines blew and I have no clue where these hoses came from. I contacted Danze directly and they say theyve never seen them. Anyone out there have a clue where I can possibly find replacements?
tried google to no avail

Its worth more than your pointless opinion. Ive had a faucet and a tub set from them for more than 4 years without a single problem, except for some hoses which weren't even from them

Seems like I have seen hoses like these running to an ice maker, possibly used as supply lines to a sink. Pretty sure lowes or home depot carry them

Well, that's pretty rude, considering i'd say the same thing the other two plumbers both said.

If that faucet is made and sold by Danze, and you called them, and they said they've never seen such a part, I'd chalk that up to terrible customer service, and throw the faucet in the garbage.

Sorry if you want to save the faucet, but a lot of cheaper faucets use a similar style of supply line. You're not going to be able to get those anywhere but from the manufacturer. Even if you buy another cheap faucet and try to steal the supplies from it, chances are that they are a different thread pattern.

Best of luck on all your future endeavors,

-Alan

From reading the installation instructions for your faucet, the standard hose connection screws into your faucet. The double o-ring connection connects into your plumbing. So you don't need to replace the faucet, you need to replace the non-standard fitting or valve that is connected to your plumbing. Then you can get a standard braided hoses at any store including the dollar store if so inclined.

The brass looks like standard compression fitting. Should be easy enough to take to a plumbing supply house or a good hardware store and say "I need to replace this" It's not rocket science just oddly plumbed. Use braided lines to replace the tubing, preferably stainless.

1) The vendor doesn't recognize the connection.
2) It doesn't agree with their installation manual.
3) Blew out after only 4 years.

I have to agree. I would replace the faucet.
