Have any of you installed a concentric vent/air???

hey guys, I am installing a concentric vent/air for my TT solo 60 and have limited options. it will be 4 ft below the bedroom window, 18 inchs above ground BUT 2 ft on the side of a basement window. this is what worries me, is this legal??? I have a pic, I want to install it where the red circle is. happy Thanksgiving by the way

What do the installation instructions say? What does your local code say?

Hey NHmaster, thanks for the reply. I have read 2 different things from 2 different companies. one says 12 inchs away from all openings, another says 4 ft! I know the town stated 18 inchs above ground, away from gas meter and other vents but I didnt ask about the damn basement window. didnt realize how close it was. Just curious what you guys have done!
